Festivals are just around the corner which means one more amazing excuse to get dressed and dolled up in new outfits. So i thought of sharing this look which i recently created for bloom.com. Apparently I’m also wearing this on the auspicious occasion of Rakhi.

When it comes to my favorite color black always has my heart no matter what the occasion is i always end up shopping something in black. But this time i wanted to try something different. And when it comes to festivals, playing around with some different color combination is always a great idea because that’s the time you get to know about what changes are looking best on you. What more experiments you can incorporate with your style. So don’t hesitate to mix and match a little and create your own one of a kind outfit.
Few days back i came across this website called Bloom and as the name suggested they have a really cool summer collection which I really like. So i check out their entire range and went ahead with is beautiful mint colored Striped Crop Top And Skirt Set . I really like this cool toned color combination. The blend of mint and white is just perfect for an light function’s eve like rakhi. This outfit is neither typically ethnic nor western but has a hint of both which makes it even more stand out and appropriate for the occasion. Plus i love how diversely you can style it according to your preferences.

Rakhi Make Up
For make up , on the occasion of Rakhi. I created this soft rose gold cut crease eyes with a peach toned lipstick. This is such a fresh dewy make up look something which I’ll reach out a lot specially in this festive season like rakhi.
